Complete makeover to a home on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio • Though the footprint of the house wasn’t changed, interior space was increased by adding dormers to the front and back in addition to a bay added over the garage • The three existing dormers were altered • A roof monitor was added to bring daylight to the upstairs hallway • Existing side porches were altered • Small roofs with brackets were added over the front, back, and the garage doors • The brick was painted white • Windows were painted or replaced with black • A new black metal roof was installed   |   Neal’s Design Remodel, General Contractor
